Our Principal

Zena Langer is the founding principal of AdvantEdge Consultants and has developed the firm’s reputation for honesty and responsiveness to its clients. Zena’s experience as a Training and Education Consultant in the fields of Labor Relations and Human Resources Management, and as a Lobbyist in the New York State Legislature bring important and unique skills to her role in AdvantEdge Consultants. Her previous endeavors have provided an extensive background in training and negotiating, and given her a deep understanding of business culture. She possesses over 20 years of experience, developing relationships with people in a variety of fields. She is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations where she later served as a member of the Extension faculty.
